Southwest Renal Care LLC was started in 2023 by Tonya Smith and Justin Strickland. Both Tonya and Justin are veterans in the dialysis community with over 20 years of experience combined. Southwest Renal Care has experience in the following settings: Corrections, Home-Therapies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, In-patient and outpatient dialysis.
